Through My Lens | A High Schoolers First Homecoming

I love it when someone ask if I mind taking pictures of their family. However, I know I have said this before, but I never want to consider myself as a professional photographer. I am a blogger and that’s what I always want to be.

With this being said, I love capturing moments of the details in fashion and a persons lifestyle.

I also love meeting new people and absorbing what excites them. For this young couple attending their first dance together was so cute to watch through my lens. The young lady was so excited about her new earrings, that at times, definitely took the focus off of her aching feet! You could tell she felt like a million bucks!

For the young man, he was so funny to watch around his beautiful homecoming date. At times, you would hear the parents, “don’t stand like a robot, act natural son”. I think toward the end of the session that is exactly what we got!

Happy homecoming loves,

Kacie

Hey Peeps! I'm Kacie, a 30 something year old dreamer with a love of all things. I'm a shy and very quiet girl from Louisiana. I grew up on a farm in the middle of watermelon fields and dirt roads. However, it was in the middle of those roads where my journey began as a child. I would like to think that I can always return to where Iโ€™m from when life is overwhelming. I enjoy baking, gardening, eating, photography, & all things country-related. Iโ€™m also a cradle Catholic who enjoys learning more about Catholicism. God has put my Faith to the test on several different occasions throughout my life. Iโ€™m a caregiver to my mother and this is where starting a blog began.
