One Fitness Book I'm Hooked On Right Now

This book has the power to motivate  you! I would like to think this book also has the power to inspire you to make a positive change in your life. Even if you’re not into yoga, this book will inspire you to gain a whole new perspective on life.

My cousin introduced me to this book the last time she came down for a visit. Before she left she handed me the book and said, “please take care of yourself”. So now I would like to pass those words down to you.

The name of the book is, “Chakra Yoga” by Anodea Judith’s. You can find it on Amazon or any book store. It’s worth going on-line to get a little sneak peek inside. Not only does it give you step-by-step poses, but it also gives you the benefits of each pose. Plus, a bonus if the pose is not beneficial for you. Such as, avoid if you have high blood pressure, pregnant and so on. Very well laid out with lots of information.

Doing a little bit each day to improve myself and one of those starts with a great workout plan. Try putting it on your “to read” list this Fall!
