Bohemian Vibes

I have been working with some pretty talented people. They are so sweet, so fun, so kind…and being able to collaborate on adventurous things has been a dream. My blog has become everything to me and I’m really enjoying watching it grow into something more than just a journal through cancer. I love being able to share something I’m passionate about, like fashion. It’s comforting for me to escape and refreshing my mind. So thanks for following ago!

I knew I would love these photos the day of the shoot but it wasn’t until after the pictures, that I got the chance to see how amazing working with professional photographers and experience how amazing their team is. I literally almost passed out when I saw it. This look I was going for a festival vibe and this location delivered.

I paired this white jumpsuit with a nude heel and this bucket feather bag that helps step up the entire outfit. I love jumpsuits because I hate trying to mix match a top and bottom. Plus, coming up with new outfits can be time consuming. I just love the endless style options you can come with when styling a jumpsuit. This jumpsuit is from Free People, with its flair legging it’s beyond comfortable. However, looking at it you would swear it’s a maxi dress.

My makeup artist created a very bold eye, which really made my eyes pop. I swear if you have blue eyes like me, you want to use golds and rusty colors. Seriously, my eyes have never popped as they did here. She also styled my hair with a part straight down the middle for a more grunge look. I thought it went with the bohemian, 70’s vibe perfectly, which is why I love Free People and how they direct their clothing line more toward the music festivals. I swear I’m a hippy at heart.

Hey Peeps! I'm Kacie, a 30 something year old dreamer with a love of all things. I'm a shy and very quiet girl from Louisiana. I grew up on a farm in the middle of watermelon fields and dirt roads. However, it was in the middle of those roads where my journey began as a child. I would like to think that I can always return to where I’m from when life is overwhelming. I enjoy baking, gardening, eating, photography, & all things country-related. I’m also a cradle Catholic who enjoys learning more about Catholicism. God has put my Faith to the test on several different occasions throughout my life. I’m a caregiver to my mother and this is where starting a blog began.
