Power Dressing Springs Bold New Look

I don’t know about you but I love nothing more than dressing up to a past decade. This Spring’s bold new look is power dressing from the 1980’s. I’m not sure about the shoulder pads but adding a bold statement to show off your waistline … check me in! I have my eye on a few bold statement belts right now. Have you guys seen the double bucket belts? They are so awesome!

I love the high waist “mom” jeans paired with a crop top. I think I’m far too old wearing a crop top with bare skin showing, so matching a cute crop top with high waist jeans has been my new jam as of lately. I completed this look by adding a touch of shine with these metallic flats.

This Spring I’m also loving the soft shades and flowing pieces that pull an outfit together. Bell sleeves from the 70s decade is in full swing around the blogging world. I mean they are everywhere.

Stay tuned for more festival styles coming soon!!

What are some of your favorite springtime styles? What are you looking forward to the most this spring?

Thanks for reading,

Hey Peeps! I'm Kacie, a 30 something year old dreamer with a love of all things. I'm a shy and very quiet girl from Louisiana. I grew up on a farm in the middle of watermelon fields and dirt roads. However, it was in the middle of those roads where my journey began as a child. I would like to think that I can always return to where I’m from when life is overwhelming. I enjoy baking, gardening, eating, photography, & all things country-related. I’m also a cradle Catholic who enjoys learning more about Catholicism. God has put my Faith to the test on several different occasions throughout my life. I’m a caregiver to my mother and this is where starting a blog began.
