Merry Christmas From ParadiseRoads

Merry Christmas from ParadiseRoads. I hope Santa brought you everything you could ask for and you were able to enjoy each of your loved ones. This year for me and my family it was one of the most low-key Christmases I’ve ever had but it was the best knowing it was with my mom. I have also watched The Christmas Story 7 times today and I think I have handled all my top Christmas songs, I can stand this year! I’m glad it’s coming to a wrap.

I found some really great finds this year for my son and these adorable Elf tags that went with our theme this year and if you saw my Instagram, then you could see how much fun we had this year with Scott the Elf.

A few items besides toys that I always try to find are books. This book is one of the sweetest books out. It’s called: “PlumDog by Emma Chichester Clark. It’s a journal of her dog and the adventures they take throughout the year. Cameron loves dogs and hasn’t it put it down yet, hopefully he will always be a bookworm! This book can be purchased at Barns and Noble or Amazon.

My top favorite Christmas shows are:

The Christmas Story

Funny Farm

Christmas Vacation

The Grinch

Charlie Brown

Favorite Tradition:

MidNight Mass

My top Christmas Songs are:

Little Drummer Boy

Trans-Siberian Orchestra – Christmas Canon

Mele Kalikimaka

Marshmallow World

Charlie Brown Christmas Time Is Year …

I’m such a kid at heart! I hope you all had a very merry Christmas this year!

Hey Peeps! I'm Kacie, a 30 something year old dreamer with a love of all things. I'm a shy and very quiet girl from Louisiana. I grew up on a farm in the middle of watermelon fields and dirt roads. However, it was in the middle of those roads where my journey began as a child. I would like to think that I can always return to where I’m from when life is overwhelming. I enjoy baking, gardening, eating, photography, & all things country-related. I’m also a cradle Catholic who enjoys learning more about Catholicism. God has put my Faith to the test on several different occasions throughout my life. I’m a caregiver to my mother and this is where starting a blog began.
