Ovarian Cancer Supporters

And on Fridays we wear teal .. or is it baby blue or 50 shades of blue?? Oh, who am I kidding, I could wear shades of blue any day of the week.

????????????????????????????????????

These pictures below are the perfect example of extremely loving and kind-hearted people who make me so happy to call family/coworkers. Even more so that it is in the company of such like-minded, humble and supportive individuals who have prayed and been there for not only myself but has shown my mother how much they care. It’s very inspirational to others who may need help or ideas along the way as caregivers, family or friends that might be thinking of something to do in ways to help the people you love who are going through trying times.

It was so touching to see my friends do so much for me and my family whether donations, heart whelming cards, raffles, benefits, breakfast buffets or even a silly, yet fun photo booth to make us smile, were moments all too good to be true at times and feel the love and support around me. The only thing these photos couldn’t capture is the little lady this was for.

A big thank you to those of you who support Ovarian cancer with me and this amazing friendship I’m creating with all of you along the way, but mainly for re-inspiring a comeback with myself and letting me know – I’m not alone.

Hey Peeps! I'm Kacie, a 30 something year old dreamer with a love of all things. I'm a shy and very quiet girl from Louisiana. I grew up on a farm in the middle of watermelon fields and dirt roads. However, it was in the middle of those roads where my journey began as a child. I would like to think that I can always return to where I’m from when life is overwhelming. I enjoy baking, gardening, eating, photography, & all things country-related. I’m also a cradle Catholic who enjoys learning more about Catholicism. God has put my Faith to the test on several different occasions throughout my life. I’m a caregiver to my mother and this is where starting a blog began.
